Philippe Theunissen, a 41-year-old entrepreneur, has been appointed in January 2023 as the
CEO of CAIZ, an Islamic Finance blockchain fintech with offices in Germany, the Netherlands,
Slovakia and Turkey. With a diverse background in AI, finance, and blockchain, he has gained
valuable experience living and working in various countries, including the Netherlands,
China, and Belgium. Presently, he has been living in Frankfurt with his family of four for the
past 6 years and is deeply committed to making a positive impact on society through his
work at CAIZ.
