Kilvar Kessler is a leading financial professional in Estonia with vast and varied experience in finance, having previously studied law and worked as an attorney. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Finantsinspektsioon, the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority, since 2014, and he has guided the organisation in its role of ensuring the smooth functioning of the Estonian financial system.
