Shihyun Chia is CEO of VerifyVASP has over 21 years’ experience in various technology, data management and governance roles in Morgan Stanley before he was tapped by MAS to define their data strategy. Embedded within this experience, he has extensive experience in message protocols, standards and reporting. Since taking the helm at VerifyVASP, he has been instrumental in shaping the policies and procedures required within the industry, in close engagement with the industry and regulators to co-develop working solutions and processes. He has spoken at multiple forums and industry events on how to the industry can comply to Travel Rule seamlessly while maintining frictionless blockchain transfers.
