Sebastian Berg is Vice President Business Operations Excellence at HUGO BOSS. A technology enthusiast, he has been instrumental in placing HUGO BOSS at the forefront of the fashion industry's digital transformation. He oversees the company's digital creation processes, and his teams are responsible for a 3D community of more than 400 people within HUGO BOSS. Building on his expertise in digital fashion design and product creation processes, he established the 3D Experience and Immersive Technologies team at HUGO BOSS. Their first NFT project kicked off with a record-breaking campaign in September 2021, combining a unique TikTok challenge with a limited-edition digital product release. In 2022, he and his teams announced their collaboration with Singapore-based Web 3.0 company Imaginary Ones on a holistic, 360-degree metaverse experience. With the launch of its first ever NFT collection, HUGO took a major step forward in its exploration of the metaverse, helping to establish the brand as a digital fashion player and smart adopter in the space. The 1,001 3D animations, entitled 'Embrace Your Emotions', sold out in seconds and created a huge buzz on social media and WEB3 communities.
