Clement is a serial entrepreneur who has spent over a decade uniting tech and art, and more recently, bringing Web2 and Web3 worlds together.

A techie by training, Clement is a self-taught animation artist – literally picking it up one online tutorial at a time – and in parallel – picking up multiple creative awards for his work.

Co-founded with his partner David Lee, it led to their birth of their first venture – OFFSET.SG – a motion design specialist firm working with the like of Coke, Heineken, Unilever, Google, L’Oreal and NatGeo on high-quality digital content.

On the heels of OFFSET.SG came OFFEO.COM – a marriage of tech and art – a platform that uses technology to enable businesses to develop creative content – at speed and at scale. The birth of OFFEO.COM also marked Clement’s growth as a serial entrepreneur.

In early 2022, Clement and David put Imaginary Ones on the map with a drop of 8,888 NFTs that were snapped up within minutes. But the creation of Imaginary Ones is actually years in the making, starting with Clement’s own personal art collection that he had been creating since 2014.

Six months on, Imaginary Ones is the top Singapore NFT project on opensea and ranks 155 globally – no small feat – given the tremendous number of NFT projects that have emerged in the last 18 months.

It has also landed a long-term partnership with HUGO to launch the international fashion brand’s first-ever NFT collection – the first of a series of collaborations. Imaginary Ones is also the first Asia-based NFT project to land a long-term agreement with an international fashion brand – flying Asia’s banner high for the rapidly growing NFT scene.

While Imaginary Ones started in the NFT space, their vision is for the company to be a next-generation media brand and to launch 3D animation characters to rival the likes of Disney characters. This is where they see Imaginary Ones uniting Web2 and Web3 worlds.

The steel thread that ties all of Clement’s ventures together are his tech DNA and artistic instinct. He believes this combination makes his ventures unique because they are equal parts tech and artistry.
