SPEAKER’S PROFILE

Giuseppe Bertone is a Developer Advocate for the Hedera network at Swirlds Labs and, in essence, a polyhedral IT Professional for 20 years. His current job is to be on the edge of the newest developments in Hedera and the overall Web 3.0ecosystem, using that knowledge to empower the clients, pre-sales leaders, developer community,and other partners with the ability to build innovative decentralized applications. Before joining Swirlds Labs, he led the Decentralized Technology, Web 3.0 & Digital Compliance Solutions Practice at Almaviva, working with several decentralized peer-to-peer technologies and designing and implementing solutions tailored for customers like Big Enterprises and Public Administration, especially in Italy. He believes in open-source software and a decentralized world where technology can help people connect without intermediaries or boundaries.
