SPEAKER’S PROFILE

Babacar N. Seck is the founder and CEO of Petale Group, the leading European tokenized investment funds that accelerate the tokenization of finance by leveraging on Web3, Blockchain and AI. He spent the last 23 years engineering and developing cryptographic primitives and encryptions solutions for satellite and mobile communications industry across the globe. Babacar previously founded Leads Aerospace, the French company that developed critical satellites communications solutions for Business Aviation, fighter jets and Space Telemetry applications used for optimizing IP communications during Rocket launch (Vega). He previously held position as Director of 3XA - Falcon Connect Program at Dassault Aviation and just before that Vice President at Airbus Defense and Space and Director at Orange Groupe in charge of mobile High-speed network (3 and 4G) launch in Europe. He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and graduated in computers sciences engineering from the university of Paris 7. Since 2018, Babacar has been working on implementing the Web3 adoption by advising the IOTA Foundation board by pursing the development of Petale security token and related decentralized technologies.
