Paul is Head of the Harmful Tax Practices Unit and Senior Advisor for Exchange of Information at the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD). He focuses on harmful tax practices, crypto-assets, exchange of information policy, the Common Reporting Standard, the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance, TRACE and the BEPS transparency actions. Before joining the OECD in 2014, Paul worked as a tax lawyer in Luxembourg, focusing on international financial services taxation, as well as exchange of information matters. Paul studied Law and Economics in St. Gallen, Berlin, Washington D.C. and Sydney.
