SPEAKER’S PROFILE

A lawyer by trade with an interdisciplinary focus on high-tech and innovation in the private sector (LegalTech, HealthTech, Telecommunications and EmergingTech). As Deputy Director of the Office for Financial Market Innovation and Digitalisation, she is responsible for FinTech, Blockchain and Legal Innovation for the Liechtenstein Government, pioneering regulation innovation. Since January of this year, she joined the European Blockchain Association as new Co-Chair. The EBA is the leading independent association for industry players who want to make an impact and empowering the European blockchain ecosystem. Dr. Guerra previously is active as a board member in higher education and Medtech. She lectures and regularly publishes emerging tech and other innovation topics from a governmental perspective.
