SPEAKER’S PROFILE

Ali Erhat Nalbant is the Co-founder and CEO of Arf, a regulated global settlement banking platform. Strategic partners with the Stellar Development Foundation and Circle, Arf eliminates the capital-intensive business model of the cross-border payments industry by offering digital asset-based working capital with fiat on- and off-ramp capabilities to licensed financial institutions. Ali is an entrepreneur, ex-software developer, and consultant with over twenty-five international clients in EMEA. He has founded multiple fintech startups in lending, crypto, and personal finance verticals and has more than fifteen years of experience in tech product development and consulting. Previously, Ali launched and led the Istanbul branch of the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator, The Founder Institute. He continues to be a guest lecturer for entrepreneurship at multiple universities and mentors various startups in fintech.
