In 2024 over 9,000+ global thought leaders, innovators, and professionals got together at the Paris Blockchain Week event.
420+ speakers joined 430+ reporters and journalists, as well as executives and change-makers from major companies of which 64.8% were c-suite. The event was held at the iconic Carrousel du Louvre in Paris and 90.5% of our visitors said that the venue was “absolutely incredible”.
This year, we have gathered attendees coming from over 85 countries.
89.3% declared coming for the networking opportunities, 66.5% to increase their industry knowledge, 60.1% to find new business partners, 42.2% to get brand awareness, 32.7% to raise funds, 29.2% to invest and 23% to find career opportunities.

This year, our themes evolved around fundraising in web3, equity, tokens; getting founder’s insights on strategies to increase growth in web3, build and leverage community, optimise marketing & PR, find your business model, build the right team, how to pitch your project to corporate and more.
The Paris Blockchain Week Startup Competition, Start in Block, has emerged as a cornerstone event within the blockchain industry, and one of the most prestigious and highly-coveted awards for startups, entrepreneurs, and investors alike. A direct contest that pits some of the most promising Web3 projects against one another, the goal of the competition is to shine a spotlight on groundbreaking new initiatives with enormous potential to make a positive, real-world impact. This year we had over 800 eligible Startups, the top 100 were selected from investor review and the top 10 did a live pitch in front of the jury.
Why so many entered the competition? For a chance to win amazing prizes from over $I0M of VC funding, Grants, Acceleration, Credits from AWS, Consensys, Bitpdana, OV, Mantle,CMC, XRP, Cointelegraph, and more. To be introduced to industry top players, spend time and be mentored by experts like Tim Draper, Canonical Crypto, Neo, Bit2me, Stellar Development Foundation, Rockway and Aelf.
And last but not least, the winners got to pitch on Meet the Drapers and so, pitch 20M viewers worldwide!
