Alex is developing the Web3 and Fintech business of Amazon Web Services in EMEA. He is on a mission to onboard the next billion people into Web3, leveraging Amazon’s power to deliver values for the ecosystem. Prior to AWS, he was developing strategic partnerships at OKX, a leading crypto exchange. His Web3 journey includes being the Chief Investment Officer of a 2018 crypto-native fintech, and the founder (CEO) of a digital asset company running strategies across CeFi, DeFi & OTC. He is FRM certified with 15 years of experience within the financial services ecosystem (Ex-Morgan Stanley, PwC and The French Ministry of Finance). Before starting his career, he played for Paris-Saint-Germain Handball for more than a decade, and is still dreaming to participate in the Olympic Games one day.
