As Founder and CEO of Lise, Mark Kepeneghian is dedicated to modernizing market infrastructures in Europe. Through Lise, he is developing a unified infrastructure integrating both trading (MTF) and settlement (CSD) functions. This project aims to create the first natively tokenized stock exchange, operating 24/7, with the goal of simplifying access to financing for SMEs and mid-caps through instant settlement. Mark also leads Kriptown, the technology company designing the technical architecture (trading and post-trade) required to operate these tokenized financial instruments. Alongside his operational roles, he actively participates in industry initiatives regarding financial regulation: - AMF (French Financial Markets Authority): Member of the "Market Organisation and Functioning" Consultative Commission. - ADAN: Vice-President and Chair of the Tokenization Committee, contributing to the definition of the regulatory framework for digital assets. - France FinTech: Board Member, focusing on topics related to tokenization and capital markets.
